They are custom tailored and handcrafted by Kristen Caporale with care from commercially distributed fabric licensed by the NFL™. The finished design will look similar to the prototype shown above - click the image for a detailed view. Once payment has been received/cleared construction will begin - it takes me about 2 to 3 hours to make one Bucket Hat and I can usually send out the next day. I use USPS Priority 2-3 Days.
