Richard “Dick” Kranium, started its humble beginnings selling computer parts and offering computer repair. Dick named his company RK Technologies.

Now, RK Technologies branched once again to progress Dick’s passion with women. Hence, Curious Package was born.

We offer a 100% guarantee against defects and will happily replace any defective item. Simply return your defective item within 30 days of shipment. Before returning your item, please contact us with your name, address, order number and name of the item you wish to return and a description of the problem prior to sending us back your item.

Returning DVDs

Due to the ease of duplication, video and DVDs are returnable only if the seal is unbroken.

You may return unopened DVDs for up to thirty days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive a replacement item of the same value.

We can only accept opened DVDs for return if they are defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same DVDs at our cost.

We cannot offer an exchange for a different product for any DVD that has been opened.

Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.
