Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING Items will be dispatched within three to ten days after payment has been received. Anyone from outside the UK should contact us before they purchase for postage costs. Can’t wait that long? Contact us for details of our priority ordering service. RETURNS As our items are custom made we can only accept returns if an error is made by us. Please check your personalisation details are correct as I copy and paste. In the unlikely event an error is made by us it will be rectified on return and we will refund the return postage cost. Item must be returned within 14 days or receipt in original packaging.If a mistake is made by the buyer it can be rectified but may incur a cost.
